Cependant afin de tester les hypoth\u00e8ses, nous avons demand\u00e9 l&rsquo;avis \u00e0 5 de nos utilisateurs. Via un questionnaire,\u00a0 nous leurs avons demand\u00e9 d&rsquo;attribuer une note sur 10 \u00e0 l&rsquo;interface avant et apr\u00e8s modification.\u00a0 Ainsi la note est pass\u00e9 de 5,8 \u00e0 7,2.\u00a0<\/p><p>J&rsquo;ai pr\u00e9conis\u00e9 la r\u00e9alisation de<span style=\"font-size: var( --e-global-typography-5ce6ca3-font-size ); font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-5ce6ca3-font-weight ); letter-spacing: var( --e-global-typography-5ce6ca3-letter-spacing ); word-spacing: var( --e-global-typography-5ce6ca3-word-spacing ); text-align: var(--text-align);\">\u00a0tests utilisateurs, des recherches plus pouss\u00e9es, \u00e9valuer l&rsquo;interface par les tests SUS et DEEP. N\u00e9anmoins les contraintes\u00a0 du projet ne l&rsquo;ont pas permis.<\/span><\/p><p>M\u00eame si la m\u00e9thode classique du double diamant n&rsquo;a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 compl\u00e8tement suivie, l&rsquo;utilisateur n&rsquo;a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9cart\u00e9 compl\u00e8tement.\u00a0 La co-cr\u00e9ation avec le service marketing et la direction technique a permis de mener une conception tourn\u00e9e vers l&rsquo;utilisateur (tout en prenant en compte les probl\u00e8mes business) . Ainsi les ateliers d&rsquo;id\u00e9ation r\u00e9alis\u00e9s en amant et les tests de la plateforme existante, ont permis d&rsquo;identifier certains points de douleurs que nous avons pris en compte
